What’s the deal?

Fancy training in warmer climates? Our overseas training courses could be for you! We have operational experience training surf/sup instructors and lifeguards in Canaries, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and Ireland. We have teamed up with one of Europe’s most established surf camps to offer you the opportunity to gain your qualifications in warmer climates during the winter months. The Surf Experience based in Lagos, Portugal, is one of the longest running and most experienced surf camps in Europe and has access to some of Europe’s best surfing spots. We are offering winter training breaks which will include the WSA Foundation Surf Instructor course held over 2 days and the SLSGB Surf Coach Safety and Rescue award held over 3 days. We are also running a WSA Foundation SUP instructor course (3 days) and a WSA SUP Safety and Rescue award (1 day)

You can extend your stay to explore some of the most unspoilt and beautiful beaches the areas have to offer, all under the guidance of the camp’s highly experienced guides or you can arrange a surf guide after the rescue and surf instructor course.

Flights will need to be booked independently to Faro, flights are really cheap at this time of year, transfers can be arranged see here Accommodation is available at the surf house for 30€ a night and includes breakfast and lunch. Book this independantly with the Surf Experience
