What Drives Us?
Over the years, through the many different ways we access the ocean we have learnt our trade. Understanding the ocean is not something that happens overnight, as anyone with experience will tell you. We were taught, trained and inspired by lifeguards and watermen from yesteryear and now we can pass that knowledge on. We are not in competition with anyone with what we are setting out to provide, our only agenda being to honour and respect the very core of what it is we do, where we do it and with whom, so as to nurture sustainable futures for the sports we are interested in.
Our Aims
Our aim is to instil that same belief and professionalism in our new instructors. We do this through delivering high quality instructor training courses in a relaxed, enthusiastic and encouraging learning environment. We also provide consultancy services, centre and school accreditation and general advice on watersports that we know about. We are always as a group continually learning from others involved in watersports and other areas and we want to really encourage and develop anyone interested in watersports. Come and join us whether on one of our industry leading lifesaving courses, kayak instructor course, surf instructor course or coasteering guide training. Dont forget we also offer epic sup holidays to some amazing destinations!

All of our trainers are passionate about their sports and highly experienced being drawn from a variety of different backgrounds ranging from outdoor centre managers, activity school owners, teachers and professional education.
