Essential to all courses is the 1 Day Sup Safety and Rescue Course which provides important safety knowledge, rescue techniques and kit information. For those who wish to teach in flatwater environments the 2 day WSA SUP Instructor award provides information on lesson planning and delivery, skill drills, group management and equipment.
